For my first blog post I have answered questions of the Proust Questionnaire written by Marcel Proust, which is an analysis on day to day questions, and opinions about myself and the world around me. Welcome to my opinions, the idea of how the world is, and some interesting things about me! With the link below for the Questionnaire… https://www.vanityfair.com/magazine/2000/01/proust-questionnaire/amp What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Well I don’t believe there is one definition of perfect happiness. My idea of happiness is being surrounded by good friends and family and doing things I love. By surrounding myself with positivity. What is your greatest fear? My greatest fear Is being kidnapped. Thought the years I’ve watched too many crime movies and TV shows that I get nervous of being kidnapped and no one knowing where I am. Also, if I would ever get to go back home to my normal life. What is the trait you most deplore in yourself? How I criticize people and things has to be the trait I most deplore about myself. I sometimes talk or criticize people before I know they based off of what I hear or what some people might say “Don’t judge a book by its cover” I tend to do that a lot and I feel as though sometimes I don’t give it a chance to get to know someone or a new idea. I go to school, I have a job, I surround, myself with good people. What do you consider the most overrated virtue? I think the most over rated virtue is honesty. Yes, honesty is good in most cases, but think of it as if it’s something that will hurt another person. If you’re not being honest about something it may be for someone’s own good. On what occasion do you lie? Like stated in question 8, a time when you’re not truthful is when someone may get hurt by the truth. It’s not that your trying to lie, you would just rather omit the truth. What do you most dislike about your appearance? I think the think I dislike most about my appearance is my back, I’m slouching over too much because I have scoliosis. I’ve tried to correct it, but it seems like I’m stuck with it. Which living person do you most despise? This would definitely have to be Tom Brady. He thinks he’s the best Quarterback in the league. Go eagles. What is the quality you most like in a man? An attractive, funny, nice guy, someone that is adventurous. What is the quality you most like in a woman? Friends wise, I like a good friend who is fun and trustworthy. My dog is the literal love of my life. She is the cutest sweetest puppy ever. Loves to snuggle, play, go to the doggy park, and go for runs. When and where were you happiest? The Happiest I’ve ever been was on senior week in Nassau, Bahamas. It was one of the best experiences ever with my grade, in a beautiful island. Which talent would you most like to have? I wish I could sing, I love all kinds of music, and I am always singing, even though I am the worst singer ever. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? I wish I could change my eye color to a bright blue, because blue eyes and my dark hair would look good. What do you consider your greatest achievement? I think my greatest achievement would have to be getting into all the schools I applied to last year and graduating high school.
